She uses a culturally sensitive, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to guide her practice. Moreover, her counselling style provides a safe, confidential, warm, and nurturing environment for each person to be heard and understood in a non-judgmental way.
Geetha believes that therapy is a collaborative relationship in which both client and counsellor are involved in a journey of self-discovery. Therefore, the client-therapist relationship is of paramount importance because it is the relationship that brings comfort and healing.
Geetha aims to assist her clients to take control of their destiny and function productively by empowering them with the necessary skills to realise their dreams and goals!
